By installing or using the Footage Forever application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
The App is a third-party service that connects to your Ring account through Ring's official integration platform, copies the event recordings your Ring cameras make into long-term storage we operate, and lets you browse, play, and download them. We do not manufacture, sell, or service Ring devices.
Use of the App requires an active Ring account, one or more compatible Ring cameras or doorbells, and a Ring plan that records event clips (Ring records clips only for subscribed cameras). The App can only archive what Ring records, and only from the moment you connect; nothing recorded before you connected is available. Your relationship with Ring is governed by Ring's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for Ring's service availability, pricing, or device behaviour.
The App is offered as a paid subscription, sold through the Ring Appstore at the price and terms shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Where a free trial is offered, it may convert to a paid subscription when it ends; cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Renewals and cancellations are managed through your Ring account, and Ring's purchase terms apply to those transactions. Cancelling stops future renewals; archiving of new clips stops when your subscription ends, and clips already archived remain viewable until deleted under our Privacy Policy. If pricing changes, the new price applies from your next renewal.
You own your footage. We store it for you and claim no rights in it. You are responsible for ensuring that your cameras and your use of the recordings comply with the laws that apply to you, including laws on recording, surveillance, and privacy, and for anything you do with clips you download or share.

The App, its source code, design, and brand are the property of Footage Forever. "Ring" is a trademark of Ring LLC. We claim no ownership of Ring's trademarks, content, or services and use them only as permitted by Ring's integration platform.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Ring device or household setup. Archiving depends on Ring recording an event and delivering it through its API; events Ring does not record or does not make available cannot be archived. Do not rely on the App as a primary security or safety system or as your only copy of important footage.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Footage Forever and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, missed or unarchived events, or unavailability of any clip at any particular time. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, including if you violate these Terms or if Ring revokes the integration permission. You may stop using the App at any time by removing it in the Ring app or deleting your account in Settings. Retention and deletion of your archive after termination are described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
